Shipping & returns

Store orders ship at a flat $8.00 within the United States, added at checkout. There is no tax collected today. Custom design requests are quoted separately — shipping for those is included in the quote we send you.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you need a model sent elsewhere, email us from your order confirmation and we will tell you whether we can do it and what it costs.

These are 3D-printed, hand-finished pieces, not warehouse stock sitting in a box. Most in-stock store orders leave us within 5–10 business days after payment. You will get a shipped email with carrier and tracking when the parcel goes out.

Custom builds follow the timeline on your tracking page. We email you at each status change, including when the model ships.

Change your mind before we pack the order and we will refund it in full. After it ships, unused items in original condition can come back within 14 days of delivery — you cover return shipping unless the model arrived damaged or not as described.
