Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to take an order or a custom request, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
When you check out or send a custom request, we store:
- Name and email
- Shipping address (store orders)
- What you ordered or described, including any links you paste
- Order or request status, and notes we send you
We do not ask you to create an account. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
Cookies
Your cart is an httpOnly cookie of SKUs and quantities — not prices. A small companion cookie holds only the item count so the header badge can stay in sync. Staff sign-in uses a separate cookie. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use it
To fulfill and ship orders, quote and track custom requests, send transactional email (confirmation, status, shipped), and run the staff fulfillment tools. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments. Resend sends email when that integration is configured. The carrier you see on the shipped notice receives the address needed to deliver the parcel. Hosting is on Vercel.
How long we keep it
We keep order and request records as long as we need them for fulfillment, support, and legal/tax obligations. You can ask us what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by replying to any email from us.
