Terms of use

Apron Designs sells 1:400 scale model airplanes and airport models. Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order. Stock shown on a product page is our current count; the quantity we can fulfill is confirmed when you pay.

Checkout is handled by Stripe on their hosted payment page. We never see or store your card number. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Until then it is pending and may be canceled if payment does not complete.

A custom request is an inquiry, not a purchase. We may decline work we cannot or will not make. A quote is an offer; it is not binding until you accept it and pay. Lead times on the tracking page are estimates.

Shipping cost, destinations, and timelines are described on Shipping & returns. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Models are sold for personal display. Liveries and airline marks belong to their owners; we sell a scale model, not a license to those marks. Do not reproduce our designs for sale. Site content (copy, photos, code, and product descriptions) is ours unless noted.

Models are collectibles, not toys, and are not intended for children under 14. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
